HOW IT WORKS
Four Stages. Six weeks.
Weighted toward where the real work happens — not evenly distributed for the sake of it.
WEEK 1
Diagnose
Name what's actually holding you back. Not the career problem — the identity problem. The internal voice that's been running your decisions. We identify your saboteurs, map your strengths, and get clear on the pattern that's kept you circling.
WEEK 2 & 3
Design
Build three real directions, not variations of the safe option. We look at where your industry is going, where AI is creating risk and opportunity, and what a smart move looks like five years from now. You choose the direction you're testing. Then we start.
Week 4 & 5
Pressure Test
This is where most coaching programs get comfortable. We don't. You rehearse your story with AI, then take it into real conversations. I play the skeptic. You learn to hold your ground. By Week 5 you won't just have a direction, you'll have evidence you can back yourself in it.
WEEK 6
Move
Turn clarity into a real experiment plan. Specific outreach, real conversations, intentional tests. You leave with your first action already taken — and everything you've built across the program in your hands.
The program ends. The support doesn't.
